Roche Problems for EU if Ireland votes NO

Ireland’s Minister for European Affairs is a man with a mission. Dick Roche has to encourage Irish voters to say ‘yes’ in the upcoming second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty. The vote is not without controversy: Ireland’s prime minister is deeply unpopular, and the ‘no’ campaign says the government is using the economic crisis to push people to vote ‘yes’ despite nothing having changed since the first referendum. Dick Roche spoke to Euronews, and admitted he won’t relax until the vote is over.
