Það sést núna á vefmyndavélum að núna kemur sjóðandi heitt vatn undan Gígjujökli í Eyjafjallajökli. Þetta vatn er svo heitt að gufumekkir standa upp af því þegar það kemur undan jöklinum. Það virðist ennfremur vera orðið ljóst að ekki er langt í það að hraunið sem hefur verið að renna undan Gígjökli muni fljótlega koma í ljós með þessu áframhaldi.

I have a curiosity since I know few about Iceland.
I see from the webcam (following volcanoes) that in a few days the hills are without snow. In addition it appears that the north of Iceland’s rivers have risen sharply in temperature and the North have increased flow while at the South have fallen. It is spring and the days are longer there, but is this normal for this period of time?

eloxor, This might be normal for this time of year. As the rivers might not be all the same.
